STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped through FedEx overnight by ups DHL. We ship in 2 hours after being verified and approved by our customer care representative. We e-mail you the order number and the tracking number for your package so you can track your package by logging into our website and feeding in the tracking info. All the orders paid by Credit card, Western union, or PayPal will be given an order number and a tracking number. We would also give you an order status within three working hours and deliver the package to you overnight.

Onlinepainpharma.com strongly believes that you will be satisfied with the results after consuming our medicines. We constantly strive towards maintaining the premium quality of our medicines and therefore we have a great repute among our customers. Just in case you are not satisfied with any of the products we deliver; you can return the same and claim for a refund.

Our refund policy is as follows

If you are a dissatisfied customer, you have to notify us about the pills and your cause of dissatisfaction. We have regulations for information, cancellation and additional charges, if any and it is necessary for us to inform the supplier about the same. If you want to return any medicine, you need to notify us instantly and can return that medicine the very next day of you receiving the delivery. You have to pay any extra charge incurred due to return of your medicine packet.

Items should be returned exactly in the same condition as you may have received them. The hygiene seal should be intact and you cannot return the product if seal is broken for whatever reason. As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and the Additional Charges) regulations, we can deduct the amount of refund that you receive if you damage the received product any way. If the items you return are not in a saleable condition, we will not issue any refund.

How to Return Items

If you feel that you are not satisfied with what you have received you can return it by post at the earliest (the next day of receiving the product). You need to notify us about the same.

Returns by Post

You need to be careful in repackaging the product if you have broken the seal. After sealing it carefully send the product by post to our address. If you need any support or assistance, you can take a live chat with our customer care representative. You need to make sure that the package contains a complete return form as well. A blank return form is enclosed within the packet delivered to you.

Our Refunds

Once we receive the product back, in an undamaged condition, we issue you a full refund. We credit refunds back into the same account from which we have received the payment. We need 1 working day to do the same. We also refund the standard postage paid on the orders

OUR LIABILITIES

The most we can do and are liable for is to issue the full price you have paid for the purchase. We would like to repeat here that we have a refund policy, applicable only if the item is returned in an undamaged condition.
